1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our products, add your desired item to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your payment or select Cash on Delivery (if available).

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use that link to track your shipment.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (subject to conditions). The product must be unused and in original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your Order ID. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
