1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase (Order ID) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

Innerwear and personal care items
Customized or personalized products
Digital products (if applicable)
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective item
The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product
Photo of packaging
Order ID

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Refund will be credited to your original payment method.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID.
